This Privacy Policy applies to the UV Me website at uvmelife.com (the “Site”) — a sun-and-skin lifestyle magazine, a curated shop of affiliate links, and an email list. It does not cover the UV Me mobile app, which has its own App Privacy Policy. California residents: see our California Privacy Notice.
Affiliate disclosure. The Site contains affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase on a third-party retailer, UV Me may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, UV Me earns from qualifying purchases. We only feature products we would genuinely recommend. This material connection is disclosed in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).
1. Information we collect
Your email address — only if you choose to join our waitlist. We use it to notify you when the app launches and to send occasional updates. We never sell your email.
Advertising and partnership inquiries — if you submit the form at uvmelife.com/advertise, we keep what you enter (company, website, your name and role, email, category, interests, budget range, timeline, and message) together with a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse of the form. We use it to respond to you and to manage sponsor and partner relationships, and we never sell it.
Anonymous usage data — basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views and general location at the country level) to understand traffic and improve the Site. This is not linked to your name.
Affiliate tracking & retailer cookies — our affiliate partner Impact runs a script on our pages that records page views and clicks on shopping links, and may set cookies, so retailers can credit referrals. When you click through to a retailer, the retailer or affiliate network may set its own cookies. Those are governed by that company’s privacy policy, not ours.

To respond to advertising and partnership inquiries you send us.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
To earn affiliate commissions when you shop through our links. We receive aggregate referral and commission reporting from affiliate networks — never your individual payment or purchase details.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the Site, store waitlist emails and partnership inquiries, and send email (our website hosting, database and email providers), and we participate in affiliate programs (such as Amazon Associates and other networks). These parties process information only to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing support@uvmelife.com. You may also ask us to delete your email from our waitlist at any time.
5. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the current version.
