These Terms govern your use of the UV Me website at uvmelife.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. They cover this website only; the UV Me mobile app will have its own separate terms when it launches.
The Site is a sun-and-skin lifestyle magazine, a curated shop of links to third-party retailers, an email list, and links to our social media. The Site does not sell products directly and does not process payments.
Product links take you to third-party retailers. Any purchase is a transaction solely between you and that retailer, governed by their terms and policies. UV Me is not the seller and is not responsible for products, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, or any other aspect of your purchase. UV Me may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

“UV Me,” the UV Me logo, “Sun. Shop. Social.,” and the content of the Site are owned by UV Me LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
Please use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” for general informational and shopping-reference purposes. Product descriptions reflect our curated opinions and are not professional, medical, or safety advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UV Me LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any third-party retailer you reach through it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Binding arbitration. Except as noted below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, rather than in court, held in Collier County, Florida or by remote means at your election. You and UV Me LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions & opt-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@uvmelife.com with your name; if you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be resolved in those courts.
UV Me LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice with the information required by the DMCA to our Designated Copyright Agent: UV Me LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, Naples, Florida — legal@uvmelife.com. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UV Me LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
